Text: I indulged in the sophisticated restaurant, enjoyed the marina and terrace, and did some shopping - all while being accompanied by my maximum two juveniles. Hiking was a must-do, but oh, the delightful inconvenience of the limited restaurant options!

The view of west lake from our spacious room was awesome.

The location was excellent, just a short distance from impressive Qing Dynasty pagodas, and the room had a great view.

The location here was just perfect! 🌟 It's really close to restaurants and food shops, plus they have beautifully landscaped gardens that add to the charm. the staff was super professional, which made everything run smoothly. Just amazing all around!

Convenient location for exploring around! You can easily walk to attractions nearby. Plus, Xiaoying Island is just a stroll away. the king room comes with modern amenities like central heating, a personal safe, and pay TV 🚶‍♂️.

Celebrating New Year at this beautiful historic property was a treat. The surroundings were stunning, with a view of the lake and a peaceful atmosphere. The lack of clear signage made navigating the property difficult, and there were no hooks in the room to hang our robes. The guard at the front gate seemed a bit intimidating, and the room, while clean and comfortable, had cracked walls.

There are plenty of great walks to take, and you can easily escape the crowded scenic spots just outside. the gardens are beautiful and make for a peaceful retreat. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offers options for every taste. the rooms are well-appointed and offer all necessary amenities.
